As a writing coach I can help you improve your writing skills and achieve your writing goals. We can work together at any stage of the writing project, from brainstorming to editing and publishing. I will help you identify and overcome your fears, and figure out why you're stuck.  Our work together will include help with:

• Writing craft: Provide in-depth analysis of your structure, scenes, and prose and offer a series of writing ‘hacks’ to craft the perfect toolbox

• Time management: assist in finding time in your schedules to write and create a writing routine 

• Writer's block: learning to overcome writer's block and fight self-doubt and impostor syndrome 

• Authenticity: finding your voice, being authentic and effective in your writing 

• Developmental editing: helping hone in on the manuscript, crafting an outline, and working on sample chapters

• The Publishing Process: walking you through the process of identifying publishing outlets, agents (if appropriate), drafting query letters, and putting together a ‘pitch package’

With over twenty-five years of experience in higher education serving in a number of leadership roles at some of the best colleges and universities in the country, I offer coaching for your student to assist in the college application and admission process. I can also work with them one-on-one to identify and improve their academic skills, study habits, and goal-setting strategies, helping them achieve their academic potential by addressing barriers and developing effective learning techniques.
